At the end of January next year the Melbourne based team will expand its entry for the 12-hour event from two to three cars. The three-car entry is to coincide with the ten-year anniversary of the Audi brand completing in the Bathurst 12 Hour event.

Team owner Steve McLaughlan believes this year’s squad comprising of eight Audi factory drivers plus local star Garth Tander will provide a tremendous opportunity to secure elusive podium positions. “We have been in a winning position in previous years only to incur mechanical failure. Our three-car entry supported by Valvoline and Audi Customer Racing Germany has pulled out all stops to capture the one race victory which has eluded the team which has won five Australian Championships in recent years.
