Quiet dinner at home with my wife Katie.

Morning routine?

Sleep as long as I can. If I am at home, I get up and try to work out, get cleaned up and go to the shop.

If you weren't in racing, what would you want to do for a career?

I would like to be a professional or military pilot.

What do you drive off the track? How diligent are you with your off-track autos maintenance?

A Lincoln MKS. I change my own oil in all my vehicles and I am never late.

Driving and if you are lucky winning.

Hospitality, meet and greets, drivers meeting, chapel, drivers intros and then the race.

What has been your most memorable moment on the track?

Winning our first nationwide race at Rockingham in 1998.

Dale Earnhardt.

Mark Martin.

I Was an All-American Wrestler at Indiana University.

Mountain Biking.

Eat dinner with my wife and kids and attempt to get some things done around the house.

Let the dogs out and leave for work around 5:30 AM.

If you weren't in racing, what would you want to do for a career?

Probably a teacher or a coach. My father is a high school principal.

Atlanta.

I always call my wife before I go to pit road.

What has been your most memorable moment on the track?

My first win as a crew chief - Nationwide with Matt in '07.

How and when did you get started in racing?

I started driving modifieds in Illinois in '95.

Robbie Reiser/Jimmy Fennig

What is your secret weapon?

The ability to stay calm under pressure.
