Over 60% of today’s vehicles on the road contain antifreeze with silicate. 

The leading antifreeze brands claiming “all makes, all models” use a corrosion inhibitor package without silicate. These chemistries, when mixed together, may fail to protect the cooling system from rust and corrosion. How To Use

MaxLife Antifreeze/Coolant removes the guess work. It is the only antifreeze with Alugard Plus, a special additive that allows different chemistries to work together to provide protection against rust and corrosion. Due to the differences in cooling systems, Valvoline recommends you refer to your owner’s manual for instructions on changing your antifreeze/coolant.
