        Overview

Engine belts are probably the most neglected area of engine maintenance, but will stop you cold if they break. Noisy belts are a warning that either belts are loose or too warm -- or both.

Pyroil Belt Dressing was designed specifically to satisfy recommendations and performance guidelines requested by belt manufacturers and leaves no tacky residue. Sticky substances on belts can attract dust and dirt which then wear away pulley contact areas. Chlorinated solvents are harmful to belts, therefore no harmful chlorinated solvents or CFC's are used in Pyroil Belt Dressing. It prolongs belt life by reducing wear and forming a protective coating on belt surfaces.

Pyroil Belt Dressing stops squeaks and squealing instantly. Its no-stick formula helps preserve belts and it is designed to meet belt manufacturers' guidelines for all flat-ribbed and V-belts.

        How To Use

Always turn engine off before use. Spray belt contact areas on pulley as well as the belt. After applying, idle engine to spread belt dressing evenly to the belt. A second application may be necessary. Not for use on notched engine timing belts.
